Blocking another member
If you receive spam, harassment, inappropriate content, requests for your private data, pictures of you wearing an item (with or without your face visible) or any other discrimination mentioned in our community standards, you should block the member:
- Go to the member’s profile
- Press the 3-dot symbol in the upper right corner
- Select Block
- Press Block Member to confirm your choice
The blocked member will no longer be able to send you messages or buy your items. Also, you'll no longer be able to see the member’s items.
Remember that you should always report members who violate our Terms and Conditions, Catalogue Rules and Community Standards.
As a buyer, if you’ve placed an order and shortly after that the seller’s account was blocked by our team, they’ll still be able to send you the item. Otherwise, simply wait for the order to cancel on its own — you will get your money back safely.
